Bread and soap

Some young people, possibly Pora, the youth group that has been a significant part of the protests on the square, went to the building that house the office of President Kushnarov, Kharkiv oblast (something akin to a state in the US), this morning. (East Ukraine.) They brought with them dry bread and soap. They told the security guards there that the bread and soap were for Kushnarov. They said he was going to need them when he went to prison for pushing secession. The guards apparently took the stuff.

The secession talk had the city of Kharkiv, Kharkiv oblast, serving as the capital of the seceded territory in east Ukraine. Kind of like Richmond, Virginia in the South during the Civil War.
