All LEvko
By the way, I have ghostwritten none of LEvko's postings. It has been all him for the past almost year. And he deserves thanks for that too from all of us interested in Ukraine.
LEvko rules! GREAT postings from him time and time again and excellent wide ranging selection of sources and fabulous material! Top-notch. And yes, you have been missed Scott esp. your inside view of the financial aspects re: Ukraine but it is your blog and you have rights to do with it, what and how you like. To post or not to post, that is only your question. And none of my business. :)
The following is from an article for Scott - hope you like :)
Despite these trends, the amazingly low level of inflation gave experts reason to point to possible manipulation of statistics on the part of the government. The increased discrepancy between the consumer price index (CPI) and the GDP deflator (overall rise in prices), as well as weekly delays in the publication of data by the State Statistics Committee, support this conjecture. Not a problem at all, David. We're glad to have you around asking good questions. And why I haven't participated is a good one.
